Resep Ayam Pandan

Bumbu Halus:

  1. Cabe merah besar 2
  2. Bawang merah 3
  3. Bawang putih 2
  4. Kencur 1 ruas
  5. Kunyit 1 ruas
  6. Jahe 1 ruas
  7. Lengkuas 2 ruas
  8. Kemiri 3
  9. Gula pasir/merah

10. Garam

Bahan lain:

  1. Filet ayam 2 potong kecil
  2. Kecap manis
  3. Minyak wijen
  4. Minyak goreng
  5. Daun pandan

Cara:

  1. Bumbu halus dicampur dengan minyak wijen dan kecap manis, masukkan ayam. Diamkan.
  2. Gulung daging ayam dalam daun pandan.
  3. Goreng dengan minyak panas.
  4. Supaya tetap hangat setelah digoreng ditaruh di panggangan. Selain menjaga kehangatan si ayam, daun pandan jadi agak terbakar sedikit dan memberi kesan dramatis. Supaya disangka masaknya repot.

Tip membungkus dengan daun pandan:

  1. Cuci daun pandan lalu tekuk seperti kerucut atau ya agak mirip dengan huruf V di tengah.
  2. Isi dengan daging ayam, kalau terlalu banyak repot bungkusnya dan bakalan keluar. Kalau terlalu sedikit, bakalan ngga kelar-kelar.
  3. Kemudian dibelit hingga tertutup.
  4. Tusuk dengan lidi. Karena ngga ada lidi maupun tusuk gigi, aku pakai tusuk sate.
